My first interaction with Bright Services was with the owner, Deven. He promptly came to my home and gave me an estimate as well as a wealth of information on deck staining and my various options. At first, I had a bit of "sticker shock" when I got the estimate. However, I had a very good initial impression of the company, so I went ahead and put down a deposit and signed the contract. I have no regrets, because the final result was well worth every dollar. The Bright Services team (Dave) was very flexible with scheduling and the process was seamless overall. AJ was very meticulous and detailed when repairing, prepping and restaining my deck. I can tell that he takes his craft very seriously and I was very impressed with the final result. The Bright Services team showed me the utmost professionalism and respect. I would emphatically recommend Bright Services to family, friends and colleagues. Thank you all for the quality work!!! We recently had work done by Bright Services. First they were extremely professional throughout the process from the estimate to the completion of the job. Our deck looks beautiful. We have a 30 year old deck. While I have taken very good care of it, it did show wear so several boards and railings had to be replaced. We then had it painted. It looks like a new deck. Bright Services did a phenomenal job. They called up to make an appointment they kept that appointment waited for the weather to clear and then came and stained the deck. There are a couple of small details that I wanted addressed and they were right out there to correct those issues. I would certainly use them again.
